Review and quality
What's checked on your phone, what reviewers look for and why clips get rejected.
1. Checks on your phone
Before anything is uploaded, the app reads your clip and checks it. Items marked as failing must be fixed before you can continue.
| Check | Passes when | Otherwise |
|---|---|---|
| Length | Within the mission's clip length | Blocked |
| Resolution | 1080p or higher | 720p gets a warning; lower is blocked |
| Orientation | Landscape | Warning; reviewed more slowly |
| File size | 2 GB or less | Blocked |
| Audio | Always | Removed before footage is shared |
2. Human review
A person watches every clip against the mission brief, checking for hands in frame, faces, lighting and focus, and whether the footage is original. Review usually finishes within 2 days.
Common rejection reasons
- A face or reflection is visible, even briefly.
- Hands leave the frame for long stretches.
- The clip doesn't follow the brief, for example it skips steps or uses too few items.
- The footage was edited, trimmed, sped up or submitted before.
- Readable personal details are in shot.
Rejected clips show the reviewer's reason and a Reshoot button, so you can record the mission again.
