Terms of Service
Last updated October 2026
These terms cover your use of the Zeth website and trainer app. By joining the waitlist or using the app, you agree to them.
1. Who can use Zeth
You must be 18 or older and legally able to accept these terms where you live. You're responsible for following local laws, including tax rules on your earnings.
2. Missions and payment
Each mission shows its pay per accepted clip before you record. Pay depends on the mission and on your confirmed region. Until your region is confirmed, clips earn the base rate.
Launch rates are temporary promotional rates and will be reduced as Zeth grows. Rates shown when you submit a clip apply to that clip.
You're paid only for clips accepted in review. We may reject clips that don't follow the mission brief, include faces or personal details, are duplicates, are edited, or are not your own recording.
Payouts are made in USDC on Solana to the wallet address you provide. Payout times shown, such as "within 3 days", are targets, not guarantees. Whether a clip is approved is at Zeth's discretion. We're not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address you entered.
3. Your account and honesty
Provide accurate information, including your country. Misrepresenting your location, using multiple accounts, submitting someone else's footage or otherwise gaming the system can lead to unpaid clips, reversed payouts where possible and a permanent ban.
4. Your footage
You keep ownership of your footage. When a clip is accepted you grant Zeth the license described in the Contributor License.
5. Safety
Only record tasks you can do safely. Don't record while cooking with open flames, using dangerous tools you're not comfortable with, or anywhere you don't have permission to film.
6. Demo and pre-launch features
Parts of Zeth are in demo. Demo payouts and transactions are simulated and have no value. Features, missions and rates may change or be removed.
7. No financial advice
Nothing on Zeth is financial advice or a promise of returns. See the Token Disclaimer for information about any future token.
8. Liability
Zeth is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts we've paid you in the previous [12 months].
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Zeth at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Contact: [legal contact email].
